Bus Booking Policy
Rules governing intercity bus ticketing, Volvo sleeper seat layouts, boarding point reporting times, and SMS e-ticket delivery.

1. Seat Selection & Layout Accuracy
Seat layouts for Volvo sleeper decks, 2x2 AC seaters, and semi-sleepers are rendered based on real-time operator GDS feeds (AbhiBus, RedBus, Mantis):
- Gender-Based Seat Locks: Single female passenger seat reservations lock adjacent seats for female travelers according to operator safety rules.
- Bus Model Substitutions: Bus operators reserve the right to substitute bus models (e.g. Scania for Volvo) in emergencies of equal or higher category.
2. Boarding Point & Reporting Times
Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding location at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time:

Passengers receive direct boarding point Google Maps pins and bus driver phone numbers via automated SMS 2 hours prior to departure.
3. Operator Breakdown & Delay Policy
In the event of a bus breakdown or route cancellation by the operator, an alternate bus will be arranged by the operator or a 100% full refund will be credited back to the agent’s wallet balance.
