These Master Service Terms govern the use of WaapTravel B2B booking software, API integrations, white-label portals, and agency management tools.
1. Account Registration & Credentials
By accessing WaapTravel services, your business entity agrees to provide authentic KYC documents (GST, PAN, bank details). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master admin portal login and production API keys.
- API keys must not be hardcoded in public client repositories or mobile frontends.
- Unauthorized access resulting from compromised agent credentials remains the liability of the account holder.
2. Service Uptime & API Uptime SLA
WaapTravel targets 99.99% operational availability for production flight, bus, train, and hotel endpoints. Planned maintenance schedules are notified 48 hours in advance.
3. Intellectual Property & White-Label Rights
WaapTravel grants partners a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our booking engines, APIs, and white-label custom domain portals. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping raw GDS content without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
WaapTravel acts as a technology consolidator connecting agencies with airline GDS, hotel bedbanks, and bus operators. WaapTravel is not liable for schedule changes, flight delays, weather disruptions, or direct carrier cancellations.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram / New Delhi.
