Rules governing B2B prepaid wallet deposits, direct bank transfer UTR verification, credit line terms, and automated tax reconciliation.

1. B2B Prepaid Wallet Operations

All travel ticket issuances (Flights, Bus, Train, Hotels) on WaapTravel are settled instantly against the agent’s B2B Prepaid Ledger:

Instant Ticket Settlement: Zero payment delay upon PNR confirmation. Sub-second debit from available balance.
Zero Payment Gateway Fee (Bank Top-Up): Wallet deposits made via direct NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or Virtual Account UPI carry 0% processing fees.
Card & NetBanking Top-Ups: Optional credit card or net-banking recharges incur standard payment gateway processing charges passed directly at cost.

2. Direct Bank UTR Verification SLA

Agents submitting offline bank transfers via UTR reference numbers in the portal benefit from high-speed approval SLAs:

Virtual Bank Account (Auto-Approved)

Transfers made to assigned ICICI/HDFC Virtual Account numbers credit within 60 seconds (24/7).

Manual UTR Submission

Manual UTR entries submitted via the finance portal are verified within 15 to 30 minutes during banking hours.

3. Minimum Balance & Low Balance Alerts

To prevent PNR hold failures during peak booking hours, agents can configure automated SMS and email alerts when their prepaid wallet balance falls below customized thresholds (e.g. ₹5,000 or ₹25,000).

4. GST & TDS Tax Compliance
