Hotel Booking Policy

Wholesale bedbank room rate rules, check-in voucher printing, free cancellation deadlines, and property policy compliance.

1. Room Availability & Bedbank Rates

Hotel inventory displayed on WaapTravel connects directly to global wholesalers (TBO, Hotelbeds, Expedia, Agoda) and contracted property chains:

Dynamic Rate Binding: Hotel room rates are locked only upon successful voucher generation and wallet debit.
Meal Plan Selectors: Inclusions (EP - Room Only, CP - Breakfast Included, MAP - Half Board) are specified on the confirmation voucher.

2. Free Cancellation & Refund Deadlines

Cancellation policies vary per property and rate type (Refundable vs Non-Refundable):

Refundable Rate Tags

Cancellations completed prior to the listed cutoff date/time earn a 100% wallet credit refund without penalty.

Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings marked "Non-Refundable" cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed by the property supplier.

3. Guest Check-In & Government Photo ID

Primary guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driving License, Voter ID) and the official WaapTravel voucher at check-in. PAN Cards are generally not accepted as address proof by hotel front desks.

4. Special Requests & Property Rules

Bedding preferences (King vs Twin beds), early check-in, late check-out, and smoking room requests are subject to hotel availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior to check-in.
